Hello, World! Well this is my first ever blog published on the internet. I do not know what I should write, so I guess I'll just keep going. And by the way, I built this blog myself, using the Ruby on Rails framework, so I'm extra proud of myself :). I guess I should celebrate this win, maybe get a chocolate for myself. Well, building this app has been fun, but the deployment, eh, not so much. So many configurations, failed attempts, but finally, patience and perseverance has paid off. I anyways did not know much about deployment myself, but happy that I could gain some practice here and get this app deployed successfully. I named this app as Vruttaka (Marathi: वृत्तक), meaning news or events or records. This blog is going to be a record of different (mostly) learnings that I will write and share with the world. And I guess blogging is a good way to understand a topic yourself, because you are forced to research about it and to write it down. With all that being said, I must congratulate myself once again (I should really start celebrating certain small wins) for successfully designing, developing and deploying this blog app. Hello World!
